We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Six Stories pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original Six Stories packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
